The efforts of the Indiana Governor, Mitch Daniels may soon reap some fruitful results. The law act 1120 promoted by him presupposes additional gaming alternatives for Indiana without plunging into expansion programs of already existing casinos. The idea was driven by the desire to create an additional source of revenues, primary instigated by the Kenilworth System Corporation (“Kenilworth”).
The original proposal formulated by the Kenilworth delineated installation of video cameras on Indiana Riverboat casinos, that would translate live Roulette games, Dice and Baccarat to other states broadcasting horse races and allowing reception of the televised roulette gaming from Indiana.
Kenilworth patented a unique device that inlays a microprocessor lodged within the TV set that allows for remote Roulette and other games to be played at the casino game table. It does not entail any wire transmission or illicit Internet gambling. The estimated take from this invention according to Kenilworth may reach as much a US $40 billion per year. Tracks, state lotteries, the state of Indiana, Riverboat operators and Kenilworth would all be partners in this shared venture thus sharing the revenues.
