A unique invention was recently registered for one of the pub managers in Kapar who instead of residing to fancy materials took the most accessible rice cooker that has served his cooks for a few good years and devised a makeshift roulette machine.
The upcoming month was a heaven on earth for the pub customers. Spinning vigorously what served as a roulette wheel, one of the customers won a mug or a jar of beer. The rumors of roulette gambling spread to the locals who’ve raided the pub in Kapar.
Happy times were abruptly cut off once irritable wives of the pub roulette gamblers found out about their husband’s whereabouts. They’ve bonded in the mutual struggle against the illegal gambling vice and whispered a word or two to the police. This has lead to excoriation of the notorious ‘roulette machine’ together with three jackpots. The matter was set to be further investigated under the Common Gaming House Act
