DEQ Systems Corp., a provider of entertainment systems for casinos, which brought us many products such as Flying Bet Roulette, allowing remote access for roulette games, announced its intention of acquiring D P Stud, Inc. for $2.1 million.
D P Stud is a private, side-betting operator, which holds operation rights for several poker side betting systems in Nevada. The acquisition of DEQ means that the company will have a larger share of the Las Vegas gambling market, the first step in trying to go for the entire American market.
