The “Helping Hearts” hope to raise $100,000 in their upcoming fund-raiser event for Hurricane Katrina victims. Embassy Suites Hotel in San Luis Obispo, California, have agreed to hold this event on October 17th. The hotel will set various casino table games, among which are roulette tables.
The event will also hold free food booths and live entertainment shows, in addition to the roulette action. Tickets are priced at $100, and visitors will receive chips to play the games. The event will be open to adults above the age of 21. Proceeds will go to the Tenet Disaster Relief Fund and the New Orleans Hospitality Workers Relief Fund.
The event is believed to be the largest fund-raiser event for Katrina victims in San Luis Obispo County.
