The Sandpiper online casino announced that it has implemented new software upgrades and will re-debut this month. To celebrate the re-launch, Sandpiper is adding seven new and improved casino games, including roulette. The casino's affiliate webmasters will also be marketing the casino's $240 free welcome package for new players.
