Stanley Leisure, the UK's leading casino operator, announced yesterday that it will install one thousand electronic roulette machines throughout the UK. Analysts expect the company to deliver a profit of approximately £36.75 million in 2005.
The company reported that its London casinos suffered a drop in attendance levels and profits during August, but thanks to the recent increase of proceeds, they are positive they will live up to the expectations. Stanley Leisure also welcomed the lift of the “waiting period” rule, which states that people wishing to gamble in a casino and play games such as roulette must wait a period of 24 hours from the moment they register until they may play. |
