Businessman Parviz Mashayekhi, a roulette player who nearly set the Royal Garden Hotel in London on fire Friday night, has appeared in court. Apparently, the gambler poured gasoline over casino croupier Tara Lyons, other employees and gaming tables after losing £40,000 at roulette.
Mashayekhi tried ignite the gasoline with a lighter, but, thankfully, casino security staff managed to stop him. The roulette player appeared in front of West London Magistrates on charges of threatening lives and attempting to destroy a casino. |
