Stefano Hourmouzis, an Australian alternative energy researcher, whose studies led him to become a roulette consultant, claims he developed the ultimate roulette system. And to prove it, he even released a one-hour video in which he demonstrates an approximately 350 unit profit with a hit rate of 1 in 21. Hourmouzis said that the system was equally effective for both online and land-based casino gambling.
Although many roulette aficionados believe that the game is totally random, most roulette experts and players know that it is not completely unpredictable. In fact, Hourmouzis is not the first one to propose a roulette system: all sorts of methods have been developed to beat the roulette wheel including roulette computers, bias analysis and visual ballistics.
"Absolutely every wheel generates some kind of recursive pattern that can be relied upon to increase a player's chance of winning," said Hourmouzis regarding his roulette discovery. "The core of my system is very different [from traditional techniques], and is something only an energy researcher is likely to understand [...] Absolutely nothing in this universe is "random" - it's all cause and effect, and therefore nothing is without an element of predictability."
